What we make
WorkFormKit is a small project documentation site operated as a Luminesca project. We make original templates and browser tools for status reports, meeting minutes, handovers and the records that support them.
The site contains three interactive tools, six blank templates and three worked guides. You can use them for free in personal and business work, without creating an account.
How the content is made
Our document structures, examples and page designs are original. AI assistance was used in development and drafting. The release checks cover the generated files, document content, browser behaviour and published pages. Worked examples use fictional projects and people.
These checks do not establish whether a template meets a particular employer’s procedure. Adapt the fields and confirm facts, dates and approvals with the people responsible for your work.
Built for simple use
Forms and file exports run in the browser. Optional draft saving uses the current browser’s local storage. We use open source libraries for document packaging; their licence notices are available on the open source page.
