Document processing
The editor, preview, JSON import, Word export and Excel export run in your browser. WorkFormKit has no endpoint that receives your document content. Print / save PDF uses your browser’s print function.
Downloading site files still makes normal web requests to our hosting provider, Cloudflare. Your browser and that provider exchange technical information, such as an IP address and request details, to serve and protect the site.
Optional local drafts
We do not save your entries automatically. Clicking “Save on this device” writes a draft to this browser’s local storage under a WorkFormKit key, together with a flag identifying example or imported content. The flag preserves the review reminder when a draft is restored. It is not synchronised to our servers or another device.
You can delete that saved draft using “Delete saved draft”, or clear this site’s data in your browser settings. A draft remains locally until it is removed or the browser clears it. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to restore it.
Downloaded files and backups
Word, Excel, printed PDF and JSON backup files contain your entries. You control where they are stored and who receives them. Deleting a saved browser draft does not delete files you downloaded.
Advertising, analytics and external links
This release includes no advertising, analytics script or tracking cookie. Links to other websites follow their own privacy policies. If advertising or analytics is added later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before that feature is released.
