Using the tools and templates
You may use and adapt our original templates for personal and business documents, including client deliverables. There is no charge or attribution requirement for those documents. Please do not resell or republish our unchanged template library as your own product.
Your responsibility for the document
You choose the information, status, dates, owners and approvals entered in a document. Check the finished file before sharing and adapt it to your organisation’s requirements. Fictional examples are teaching material; replace their details before use.
The templates provide general documentation guidance. A generated file does not establish a project’s completion, create an approval or verify acceptance evidence.
Availability and changes
The site is provided as available. We may improve or change its tools. Keep a downloaded backup of work you need to retain; browser storage can be cleared, and it is not a hosted backup service.
Open source and feedback
Third-party libraries retain their own licences, listed on the open source page. If you find an error, tell us using a fictional or anonymised sample.
