Short answers about the tools, browser-local documents, privacy and planned advertising. For step-by-step writing help, use the guides.

What is WorkFormKit?

WorkFormKit is a small Luminesca project documentation site with free browser tools and blank templates for status reports, meeting minutes, handovers and supporting registers. It is independent; it is not an employer system of record.

Do my documents leave this browser?

No. The editor, preview, JSON import, Word export and Excel export run in your browser. WorkFormKit has no document upload endpoint. Ordinary page loads still use Cloudflare hosting. Document contents are not sent by the Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon. See the privacy policy.

Which tools and templates are available?

Three interactive tools (project status report, meeting minutes, project handover) and three blank template packs (issue log, action tracker, deliverables register), plus seven worked guides. Each tool can download Word, Excel or print/PDF.

Do I need an account, and is it free?

No account is required. The current tools, templates and guides are free to use. There is no paid document service in this release.

Are you showing Google ads today?

Not in this release. WorkFormKit plans to show Google AdSense advertisements later under publisher pub-2467377658764615. The site does not load an AdSense tag or Google Analytics now, and it does not claim AdSense approval. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate traffic and is not used to serve ads. Google's certified consent platform will be enabled before ads appear for visitors in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland.

Does WorkFormKit set cookies or store my draft?

The application does not set advertising cookies. A draft is written to this browser's local storage only when you choose Save on this device. Cloudflare may still apply technical security cookies when a security feature requires them. Planned AdSense cookies will not load until advertising and the consent platform are turned on deliberately. More detail is on the cookies page.

Why do the tools need JavaScript?

Editing, preview and file export run entirely in your browser. Without JavaScript those steps cannot run. Guides, blank downloads, privacy text and this FAQ remain available with scripting disabled.

Can a generated file count as acceptance or approval?

No. A generated file records what you enter. It does not verify evidence, obtain agreement or approve work. Use your organisation's actual review and approval process before marking an item accepted.

When should I use a guide instead of a tool?

Open a tool when you already know which document you need. Open a guide when you need worked examples, column meanings or writing suggestions first. Guides use fictional Northstar examples; they do not process your private documents.

How do I report a problem or ask a privacy question?

Email the Luminesca editorial contact through the contact page. Include the page address, browser and a small fictional example when reporting export issues. Remove personal details, client information and credentials before sending a sample.
